Q: How can I view pictures from an event?
A: By using the Galleries link, and selecting your event, you will be
able to view low resolution photos online at your convenience. We hope
the pictures exceed your expectations but if they don't, there are no
obligations.
Q: How can I order photos that I like?
A: Once you have selected the photos that you like, you can place you
order through our secure website using a credit card. Once your order is
processed, you will receive an email confirming your order. If you wish
to purchase photos using a check or money order, please email us with
your photo request. If you
want to pay for your order by check or money order, we will not process
your order until we have received payment from you
Q: When will my order arrive?
A: In most cases, you should receive your prints within 10-15 business
days after ordering.
Occasionally, this delivery time may be slightly longer during busy
periods and in some cases...you may get your prints much sooner. Photos
will be packaged and shipped in fold-proof protective packaging.
Q: Can I make copies of photographs that I purchase?
A: The images you have purchased are copyrighted by RB Sports Pix. If
you would like additional copies, please contact RB Sports Pix to order
reprints. All contents and photographic images at the RB Sports Pix
website are copyrighted material.
Q: How long does it take for photos to be posted online?
A: Under normal
circumstances, photos are posted online within 48 hours of the event and
are available online for 180 days. After they have been removed, you can
contact us via email to order additional prints.
Q: Do you use a digital camera?
A: Photos are taken with a state of the art digital camera. The
quality of today's digital quality rivals and many times exceeds the
quality of film photography. Digital allows a faster turn around time
for you to receive your photos.
Q: What kind of paper are the photos printed on?
A: We count on professional photo
processing partner firms to handle the printing and delivery of your
photos.
All photos are printed on
high-quality paper using a professional lab.
Q: Why doesn't my photo look exactly like it did online?
A: Due to the various print sizes offered, the physical image of your
print may appear slightly different than the image you see on the
screen. Due to cropping, what you see on an 8x10" print might appear
slightly different on a 4x6" or 5x7" print.
Q: Can you photograph our event?
A: If
you would like RB Sports Pix to cover a particular event, please contact
us and we will make every effort to fit your request into our work
schedule. In return, we ask that you help spread the word about RB
Sports Pix and tell everyone what we do.
Q: Can you take photograph of an individual athlete at an event?
A: Yes!
Call us to set up an appointment and we will make every effort to
capture an individual athlete in action. Individual action portraits are
our specialty!
Q: Will you take team photos?
A: Email us to set up an appointment and we will arrange for team photos
to be taken. We do offer memory mates, buttons, trading cards and other
specialty items. In addition, we offer a special promotion to assist
organizations in fundraising efforts.
